The role of churches and religious organizations in the development and provision of palliative care

Interfaith conference with international participation for representatives of the clergy: "The role of churches and religious organizations in the development and provision of palliative care" . The world experience of helping the terminally ill was shared with the conference participants by a specially invited guest from Italy - Father Arnaldo Pangrazzi, professor of the International Theological Institute for Pastoral Care in Health Care (Rome), who, in addition to the lecture on "Integral treatment of the person and spiritual and psychological counseling in palliative treatment", he read a course on the Enneagram to the participants of the event.

The result of the conference was the signing of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of development of palliative care in Ukraine between Churches and religious organizations and the NGO "Ukrainian League for the Promotion of Development of Palliative and Hospice Care"
