The main topics of the conference: 1) the organizational and functional model of the palliative care system in Ukraine and its regulatory and legal support ; 2) regulatory and legal provision of palliative care at the primary level; 3) provision of palliative care in psychiatry; 4 ) financing models for providing palliative care; 5 ) determining the status of a palliative patient; 6) international experience of implementing palliative care at the state level.
The organizing committee of the conference invites you to publish articles and theses. To do this, it is necessary to send abstracts of the report marked "To the conference" to e-mail: atsarenko@gmail.com by October 7, 2016 (requirements for theses are in the attached file). The content of the abstracts of the report must necessarily correspond to the theme of the conference, the established requirements for the scientific level, design and submission deadline, the author's responsibility for the authenticity of the submitted materials. Otherwise, theses are not considered. At the request of the authors, the article or theses can be published in foreign languages. Publication of articles and theses in the international scientific and practical journal "Rehabilitation and palliative medicine" is free.

Rules for submitting material for publication in the International Journal "Rehabilitation and Palliative Medicine" :
Structure of the material: introduction (state of the problem according to literature no more than 5-7 years ago); purpose, main tasks and research methods; the main part (coverage of statistically processed research results); conclusions; prospects for further development in this direction; list of literature, essays in Russian, Ukrainian and English.
The last page of the article must contain the signatures of all authors, surnames, first and last names (in full) , postal address of the institution, phone numbers (official), degree, rank, position. The contact phone number of the author(s) is mandatory, with which the editors can communicate with any questions that may arise.
The author's original text must consist of two copies in Ukrainian or Russian:
- text (volume of original articles, including drawings, literature, abstracts, no more than 8 pages, literature reviews, lectures, problematic articles - no more than 12 pages, short messages, reviews - no more than 7 pages);
- a list of references (if the article contains references, no more than 20 literary sources, in reviews - no more than 50),
- tables;
- drawings (no more than 4) and signatures to them.
Abstracts in Ukrainian, Russian, and English are provided for the article, with mandatory indication of authors' surnames and initials, as well as the name of the institution in these languages. The length of the resume should not exceed 200-250 words. It is mandatory to provide "keywords" (from 3 to 8 words) in order of importance, which will contribute to the indexing of the article in information and search systems. The summary is an independent source of information from the article. It will be printed separately from the main text of the article and should be self-explanatory without reference to the publication itself. The summary is a short and consistent presentation of the material of the publication according to the main sections and should reflect the main content of the article, proceed from the logic of the presentation of the material and the description of the results in the article with specific data.
The summary of the original article should be structured: a) the purpose of the research; b) material and methods; c) results; d) conclusions. All sections in the summary should be highlighted in the text in bold. For other articles (review, lecture, exchange of experiences, etc.), the summary should include a summary of the main concept of the article and keywords.
Articles are typed on a computer in the Word program and submitted in print and on electronic media. The text of the abstract should be typed in 12-point font with 1.5 line spacing, observing the following margin sizes: top and bottom – 20 mm, left – 25 mm, right – 10 mm. Illustrations (diagrams, graphs, schemes) are created in Word or Excel programs and are submitted as separate files together with a text file on an electronic medium.
On the first page, the following are indicated: UDC index on the left, initials and surnames of the authors, city in brackets, title of the article, name of the institution where the authors work.
The list of references is provided immediately after the text. Literature sources are arranged alphabetically in accordance with the requirements of the HAC for scientific works. All sources must be numbered and be no more than 5-7 years old.
Responsibility for the authenticity and originality of the provided materials (facts, quotes, surnames, first names, research results, etc.) rests with the authors.
Articles written without following the rules will not be considered and will not be returned to the authors.
The editors provide review of articles, perform special and literary editing.
