Yuriy Ivanovych GUBSKY passed away

It is with deep sadness that we announce that on May 18, 2019, after a serious illness, at the age of 74, Yuriy Ivanovich GUBSKY, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the NGO "Ukrainian League for the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care", Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine , Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Head of the Department of Palliative and Hospice Medicine of P.L. Shupyka, head of the scientific coordination department of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, head of the biochemical pharmacology department of the Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The heart of an outstanding scientist, a wonderful teacher, a kind and sensitive person, a faithful friend and a good comrade stopped beating. Everyone who worked and knew Yurii Ivanovich will leave the best and brightest memories of him... Eternal memory... We miss... We express our condolences to family and friends...
