Meeting of the League Board on November 5, 2015

On November 5, a meeting of the Board of the Ukrainian League for Promotion of the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care was held.

Agenda

• Results of the work of the Second National Congress on palliative care on October 1-3, 2015 in the city of Kyiv. Informs: Moiseyenko R.O., Tsarenko A.V., Saprykina O.V.
• The development plan of the NGO "Ukrainian League to Promote the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care" for 2016-2019. Informs: V.M. Knyazevich, V.V. Chaikovska, V.V. Tomas, Yu.I. Gubskyi.
• About the preparation of the General Meeting of the NGO "Ukrainian League for the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care" on December 17, 2015 in Kyiv. Informs: Tomas V.V.

Decision of the Board meeting of the Ukrainian League for the Promotion of the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care

Regarding the first question: "Results of the work of the Second National Congress on palliative care on October 1-3, 2015 in the city of Kyiv."

After listening and discussing the information of Moiseyenko R.O., Tsarenko A.V., Saprykinoi O.V. The board decided:

• The work of the organizing committee to hold the Second National Congress on palliative care was recognized as satisfactory
• Submit a financial report on the holding of the Second National Congress and an act of checking the state of compliance with financial discipline for consideration by the Audit Commission.

Regarding the second question: " Development plan of the NGO "Ukrainian League to promote the development of palliative and hospice care" for 2016-2019 "

After listening to the Chairman of the League Board V.M. Knyazevich, the Board decided:

• Take the report of the Chairman of the Management Board V.M. as the basis of the Organization's Development Strategy. Knyazevich;
• Proposals for the Organization's Development Strategy should be sent to the League's e-mail by December 1, 2015.

Regarding the third question: "About the preparation of the General Assembly of the Ukrainian League for Promotion of the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care"

After listening and discussing the information of the Executive Director Tomas V.V. The board decided:

• The general meeting of the NGO "Ukrainian League for the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care" will be held on December 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in Kyiv. Venue: National Scientific Medical Library of Ukraine, str. Tolstoy, 7 (Lev Tolstoy Square);
• The quota for local branches of the League for the election of delegates shall be set at one delegate from 5 members of the local branch.
