On April 23, 2015, Vasyl Knyazevich took part in the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference on palliative and hospice medicine "Actual issues of palliative and hospice care in Ukraine", which was organized by the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P. L. Shupyk, the State Educational and Scientific Methodical Center for palliative and hospice care, Department of palliative and hospice medicine.
Such issues as:
- Organizational aspects of the development of the system of palliative and hospice care in Ukraine.
- Control of chronic pain and the issue of symptomatic treatment of palliative patients.
- Optimization of the formulary range of medicines used in palliative and hospice medicine.
- Problematic issues of organization and pharmaceutical provision of palliative and hospice care in Ukraine.
- Prospects for the training of professional personnel for the provision of palliative and hospice care.
- Administrative and legal regulation of palliative care in Ukraine.
