Financial report of the League's activities for 2014

In 2014, the NGO "Ukrainian League to Promote the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care" worked in accordance with the Statute.

Financial activities were carried out on the basis of the following documents:

• Accounting registers, tax reports on the use of disbursement of funds of non-profit organizations, reports to social funds and statistics.
• Primary documents (orders, orders, cash receipts documents, bank documents, powers of attorney, advance reports, invoices, contracts, acts, etc.).
• Information on the accounting of material values.

Installed:

For the period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. income was received through voluntary donations and non-refundable financial contributions assistance from legal entities and individuals in total UAH 1,405,829.00. For the period from 01.12.2013 to 30.11.2014. was spent funds in the amount of UAH 1,172,592.37  

The following programs were held:

Support for the initiatives of public organizations for the World Palliative Care Day "Palliative care is everyone's business". Grant 48832.

A total of UAH 10,000.00 was spent, namely:

• purchase of a refrigerator for a hospice in the city of Dubno - UAH 2,352.00.
• bank services – UAH 130.00.
• Production of flyers and booklets - UAH 3,765.00.
• transportation services – UAH 2352.00.

"Support of the palliative care system in Poltava, Kirovohrad and Kyiv regions". Grant 47085.

A total of UAH 504,392.03 was spent . hryvnias, namely:

• purchase of a laptop - UAH 4,270.00
• carrying out repairs in MKL No. 2, No. 10, Kyiv - UAH 64,175.86.
• purchase of a refrigerator for the hospital - UAH 2,499.00.
• purchase for CML No. 2, No. 10 beds, mattresses, bedside tables, carts, blankets, washing machines and other equipment - UAH 186,376.00.
• telephone expenses – UAH 1,127.95.
• payroll taxes - UAH 65,350.53.
• salary - UAH 177,776.19
• bank services – UAH 2,816.50.

Ensuring the rights of palliative patients to anesthesia in Ukraine. Grant 48102

A total of UAH 288,119.86 was spent . hryvnias, namely:

• the program "Study of pain" expert services - UAH 60,146.86
• development of the program concept development of palliative care - UAH 42,978.75.
• expert services regarding improvement of normative and legal base - 24,000.00
• bank services – UAH 2,057.28.
• salary - UAH 119,232.05.
• payroll taxes - UAH 39,704.92.

Also, as part of the League's activities, funds in the amount of 358,334.01 were spent  on the following expenses:

• Salary - UAH 200,295.39.
• Payroll taxes - UAH 73,629.00.
• Holding of General Meetings. December 2013 (hall rent, reimbursement travel of League members, buffet services, etc.) - UAH 2,848.34.
• Legal services – UAH 40,000.00.
• Purchase of a laptop - UAH 7,240.00.
• Consulting services - UAH 3,200.00.
• Internet - UAH 1,707.37.
• Production of catalogs, forms, business cards - UAH 15,993.00.
• Stationery - UAH 4009.31.
• Business trip - UAH 2,626.38.
• Estimated cost of the premises (new office) - UAH 2,000.00.
• Bank services - UAH 4,785.22.

Conclusions:

1. Use of funds not for the intended purpose for this period not detected.
2. There are no overspends.
3. No write-offs and sales of fixed assets during this period was held
4. Balance sheets, tax reports, reports to all funds and statistics were compiled and submitted in a timely manner.
