Current issues of palliative and hospice care were discussed in Dubno

On October 30, the Chairman of the League Board, Vasyl Knyazevich, was on a working trip to the city of Dubno. During the visit, Vasyl Knyazevich visited the Dubensky hospice, for which the League, implementing the "Renaissance MF" project together with the Young Theater, collected funds, and handed over a refrigerator and consumables for hospice patients.

Also, Vasyl Knyazevich, together with the Deputy Chairman of the Rivne Regional Council Stepan Pavlyuk, the director of the college Nadia Vengryn, the mayor of the city of Dubno Vasyl Antonyuk, representatives of public organizations, teachers and students of the college took part in the work of the conference dedicated to the development of hospice and palliative care in the Rivne region.

The participants of the conference discussed the problems of financing, material support of hospice and palliative medicine institutions and the participation of volunteer organizations in this, professional training of personnel for work in the field of palliative and hospice care.
