The date of the 3rd National Congress on palliative care has been determined

The Third National Congress on Palliative Care will be held on October 25-26, 2018. This decision was made during the meeting of the Presidium of the Board of the NGO "Ukrainian League for the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care". According to the chairman of the board, Vasyl Knyazevich, preparations for this important event should begin already this year. "We have a year to prepare so that at the congress we can not only analyze the state and current situation with palliative care in Ukraine, but also outline specific tasks for both state institutions and civil society."

Representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupyka, international experts and public organizations dealing with issues of palliative and hospice care.
The place and time of the event will be announced later.
