The public organization "Ukrainian league for the development of palliative and hospice care" was created in 2010 and united caring people - doctors, public figures, scientists, church representatives, volunteers and patrons to promote the development of palliative care in Ukraine. According to the expert, Ukraine needs to emulate the experience of Great Britain and Germany, where palliative care is at a high level.
