Scientific and practical conference with international participation "LEGAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL BASIS OF PALLIATIVE CARE IN UKRAINE"
The event held on November 11 at the National Academy of Sciences was extremely meaningful and timely.
FOR THE FIRST TIME it was possible to gather scientists and practicing lawyers, economists and practicing doctors.
Human rights: rights of the patient, duties and rights of the doctor. Determining the condition of a palliative patient and, in the end, what is medical and social care. It was very interesting to hear European and World practices. A discussion about the development of children's palliative care was appropriate. It is necessary to develop, but not to harm!
It was felt that a new institution - MEDICAL LAW - is already on its feet in Ukraine.
