Meetings of the Kyiv regional separate unit
On June 2, 2016, a meeting of the Kyiv regional separate unit of the All-Ukrainian public organization "Ukrainian League to Promote the Development of Palliative and Hospice Care" was held.
The meeting was attended by the chairman of the League Board Vasyl Mykhailovych Knyazevich and a member of the Board Martyniuk Volodymyr Yuriyovych.
The main issues discussed at the meeting were:
- activity report for the period December 2015 - May 2016;
- election of the head of the separate division for a period of 5 years;
- election of deputy heads of the separate subdivision for a period of 5 years;
- election of the secretary of the separate division for a period of 5 years;
- about the creation of city and district centers in the structure of a separate subdivision;
- approval of the activities of the separate unit by the end of 2016.
According to the results of the meeting, a decision was made to elect Mykhailo Dmytrovych Kuchirka as the head of the Kyiv regional separate unit of the All-Ukrainian public organization "Ukrainian League for the Promotion of Development of Palliative and Hospice Care".
Vyborna Zoya Anatolyivna, member of the Boyar City Council, Bidula Lyudmila Anatoliivna, member of the Irpin City Council, head of the deputy commission on social protection of the population, medicine, consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, and anti-terrorist operation were elected as deputy chairpersons.
Oksana Vasylivna Vetlinska is the secretary.
The meeting also approved the creation of the Boyarsky and Irpinsky branches of the Kyiv regional separate division of the League.
The main areas of activity of the Kyiv regional separate unit for 2016 are defined as: development of the League unit; conducting "public hearings" with the involvement of representatives of religious, public and state institutions, institutions and organizations regarding the discussion of the development and functioning of palliative and hospice care in the region. As well as the study of domestic and foreign experience in providing palliative care to ensure the implementation of positive experience in the region.
